Why should I use the Tamaris Online Shop?
Our online shop is a quick and convenient way for you to explore the Tamaris product world from the comfort of your home. You can browse through the Tamaris collection, discover the latest trends and order your favourite shoes, accessories and jewellery, wherever you are and whenever you like. Be inspired! Enjoy the large collection that you will find presented in the Tamaris Online Shop. We offer quick delivery thanks to our logistics partner Postnord, and you can choose between all of the major payment methods.

What benefits do I have by registering?
Registering on the Tamaris Online Shop makes it quicker and more convenient for you to purchase items from the shop. Once you have registered, the following services will be available:
storage of your invoice and delivery address(es)
storage of your credit card data
an overview of your orders and their status
subscribe and unsubscribe to the newsletter.How can I register on "My Tamaris"?
Simply go to the "Login" section. Then click on "Register" and create your own user profile. Enter your invoice and delivery address(es) and use the newsletter option to gain exclusive insight into the Tamaris world!
I have forgotten my password: what now?
You will find the "Forgotten your Password" button in the "Login" section. Enter your e-mail address in the designated field, click to send the message, and your new password will be sent to you in just a few minutes. After logging in, you then can go to the "My personal data" section to change the password to one of your choice.
Buying process
Can I place an order by e-mail, fax or telephone?
Unfortunately, we are currently unable to accept orders by e-mail, fax or telephone.
I am a new customer. How do I place an order?
1. First you should select the items you want to purchase. Select the size and colour of your chosen articles and then click on the "To the shopping cart" button to add them to your virtual basket. Use the shopping cart initially to collect articles you would like to order or remember.
2. Click on "Shopping cart" any time you like to view your selection or to edit your selected products.
3. Once your selection is final, click on the "To the checkout" button to start the order process.
4. It is up to you whether you wish to register as a customer (see "What benefits do I have by registering?") or to complete the order process without registering.
5. Now follow the instructions and select your invoice and delivery address, as well as your preferred shipping and payment methods.
6. We will show you an overview of your order once more before you complete the order. You can correct any mistakes before finally placing the order.
7. You commit to the order by clicking on the "Buy" button. By clicking on the button, you submit a binding request to conclude a purchase contract, which we will check and accept.Is there a one-click shopping feature?
We provide a one-click shopping feature for your convenience. This makes shopping with us even quicker and easier for you! On our product overview pages, you will notice the "Shopping cart" symbol next to the articles. The one-click shopping screen opens if you click on this button, showing you all the important information and promotions that apply to your selected article. You only need one click to place the article in your shopping cart after selecting colour and size.
I am looking for a particular product. What is the quickest way to find it?
The Tamaris search feature will help you find the shoes you dream of even faster! Simply enter your search term, the product category, the article number or the article name into the search field and then confirm your search query. Alternatively, you can filter the results on each product overview page according to criteria such as colour or material, and in this way get closer to your personal dream style.
Can I cancel my order?
You can contact our Customer Service to request order cancellation as long as you have not received an e-mail with confirmation of shipping. But if the process has progressed too far, you have a 14-day statutory cancellation right after receiving the products. Simply return the products to us if you wish to make use of this right.
Can I cancel the purchase before finishing?
You can remove articles from your shopping cart at any time, as long as you have not already sent the order. Simply click on "Shopping cart" and remove the articles you no longer want.
Is there a Tamaris newsletter? How can I subscribe/unsubscribe?
You can subscribe to the Tamaris newsletter and keep up-to-date with the Tamaris news, promotions and special offers at all times. You can subscribe and unsubscribe to the newsletter at any time under the tab "My account", menu item Newsletter.
Is there a minimum order value for customers?
The minimum order value in the Tamaris Online Shop is 275 SEK. This refers to the actual product value (so it does not include the shipping costs).
What happens after I have completed my order?
You will automatically receive e-mail confirmation once you have completed your order. It contains all the details of your order. What's more, you can go to "My account" > "My orders" at any time to track your order status. This feature is only available to registered customers. We will send you e-mail confirmation as soon as we have shipped your products from our warehouse.
Shipping and delivery
Which shipping methods does Tamaris Online Shop offer?
Tamaris Online Shop ships its products as parcels, which it places in the trust of its logistics partners Postnord. Please bear in mind that you can only place orders to Sweden on tamaris.com/en-SE. We charge shipping costs of 250 SEK for each consignment. In most cases you will receive the consignment inside of three and four workdays.
Has my order been received?
You will automatically receive e-mail confirmation once you have sent your order. It contains all the details on your order, including the invoice and delivery addresses, the subtotals, discounts, shipping costs, total amount and information on the selected payment and shipping methods. This e-mail is our confirmation that we have received your order.
How much shipping is charged in the Tamaris Online Shop?
We pay a large proportion of the shipping costs on your behalf. This is why we only ask for a small contribution to the shipping costs for each order. It amounts to 49 SEK.
When can I expect to receive my order?
Our logistic partner Postnord handles shipping. The delivery time is approximately four workdays. You can track the shipping status of your consignment at any time in the Tamaris Online Shop under "My account"/ "My orders".
Can I send back articles after I have received them?
You have 14 days in which you can send back articles after receiving your order. We kindly request that you observe the following instructions to ensure quick and smooth processing: Return the products to us unworn. Use the returns label that is enclosed with all of our consignments. Please contact our Customer Service if you do not have a returns label.
I have sent back an article. When will I receive reimbursement?
We will immediately reimburse the purchase price after receiving your returns, provided our check is positive. We will reimburse the amount using the same payment method that you selected to pay for your order. This means:
You will receive the amount credited to the PayPal account from which you transferred the money if you paid using PayPal.
We will arrange for the amount to be credited to your credit card account if you paid by credit card. Please bear in mind that you will not see this credited amount until you receive your next credit card statement, although the amount has already been transferred. We do not have any influence on the accounting cycles for your credit card statement (in this respect we request that you contact your bank).Where is my order right now?
If you are a registered user, you can track the current shipping status of your order under "My account"/ "My orders". Please bear in mind that the shipping tracker does not show your parcel immediately after receipt of your order.
I have received a damaged article. What can I do?
We check and examine our products thoroughly. Nevertheless, there may be individual cases in which we do not satisfy the usual Tamaris quality. Please return the products to us if this happens. To do this, use the returns label enclosed with your order. Please contact our Customer Service if you do not have a returns label.
In which countries does Tamaris Online Shop deliver?
Orders on tamaris.com/en-SE can only be shipped to Sweden. You will find other available Tamaris Online Shops by clicking on "Tamaris international" at the end of the page.
Can I cancel the purchase contract? For how long can I cancel?
You are entitled to withdraw from the purchase contract inside of 14 days. You will find instructions on what to do under Cancellation policies.
Will it cost me to send back items?
You will not incur any costs if you wish to return products to the Tamaris Online Shop. Simply use the returns label enclosed with your order. Please contact our Customer Service if you do not have a returns label.
I was unable to take possession of my parcel at the first delivery attempt. What can I do now?
You will receive a notification card informing you that an attempt to deliver your parcel was made in the event that our logistic partner Postnord did not find you at the designated address and was unable to leave the parcel with a neighbour. Your parcel will be deposited at a Post Office branch or a parcel collection point close to your address.
How long does it usually take until I receive my reimbursement?
Experience has shown that reimbursements take up to five workdays (for transfers to a bank account) or up to ten days (for transfers to your credit card) after we have entered your return consignment in our system. Please bear in mind that you will not see this credited amount until you receive your next credit card statement, although the amount has already been transferred. We do not have any influence on the accounting cycles for your credit card statement. It may take up to 28 days for you to see the credit entry on your credit card statement.
Can I define an alternative delivery address?
Simply add alternative delivery addresses to your personal profile under "My addresses". Here you can review all of the currently saved delivery addresses or click on "Create new address" to add another delivery address. You can also state additional delivery addresses in the order process. They will then be saved automatically in "My account".
Will I receive notification as soon as you receive articles that I return?
You will receive an e-mail from us confirming receipt as soon as the products you send back have arrived and are entered in our system.
Can I also have my order sent to a Post Office branch or parcel collection point?
We regret that we are currently unable to make any deliveries to a Pick-Up Point or a post office in your country.
I have an urgent order. Is it possible to arrange express delivery?
Express delivery is unfortunately not available in your country.
Return consignments
I have received a damaged item. Can I also exchange it?
You can send damaged articles back to us. Please state on your return slip if you´re returning the article for exchange because it is damaged. We will then send you a new, undamaged article. Of course, we can only send you a new article if we have the right size and colour in stock. We will inform you about this by e-mail.
How can I send back a damaged item?
There is a returns label enclosed with each of our orders that you can use to send back items. It is postage paid, and allows you to send back the items free of charge. Simply attach the returns label to the parcel and hand it in to a post office close to you. Please contact our Customer Service if you do not have a returns label. We will send you a confirmation e-mail as soon as we receive your return consignment.

Is there a Tamaris newsletter?
Yes. The Tamaris Newsletter keeps you up-to-date with new items, promotions and trends.
How can I unsubscribe the newsletter?
If you decide that you no longer wish to receive the Tamaris Newsletter, then simply unsubscribe at "My account" > "Newsletter" if you already have a customer account with the Tamaris Online Shop. Alternatively, you can use the unsubscribe link in the footer to each Tamaris Newsletter.
How can I subscribe the newsletter?
We have integrated a field to subscribe the newsletter in the bottom section of the Tamaris Online Shop. You can also go to "My account" > "Newsletter" to subscribe the newsletter if you already have a customer account with the Tamaris Online Shop.
Payment Methods
Which payment methods are available in the online shop?
There are a number of payment methods available for your convenience in the Tamaris Online Shop. We currently offer the following payment methods: Paypal, Apple Pay, credit card, Klarna.
How can I redeem a voucher/discount code?
Redeem your voucher or discount code directly in the shopping cart. Depending on the type of promotion, the relevant amount will be shown once you have entered your voucher code and then deducted from your order total, or the bonus product will be added to your shopping cart. Of course you can remove the voucher/discount code at any time before sending the order. You can then use it to shop at a later date.
Voucher codes
How often can I use a voucher?
In most cases a voucher code can only be used on one occasion and by one customer. Only one voucher code can be redeemed per order.
Can I redeem a voucher for cash?
It is not possible to redeem a voucher for cash.
Can I combine a voucher with other vouchers or promotions?
There are no plans to allow combinations of voucher codes and/or promotions.

How long does my voucher remain valid?
Voucher codes can only be redeemed for a limited period. The date by which the voucher code/promotion must be redeemed is stated. It cannot be changed.
Can I pass on a voucher?
It is not permitted to sell or give vouchers to anyone else.

The Tamaris Online Shop is compatible with at least the last two versions of the following browsers: Firefox, Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge and Apple Safari.

What are cookies?

Does Tamaris Online Shop encrypt my data?
We are very aware of the responsibility involved in collecting and storing customer data. Rest assured that we are extremely careful with the trust you extend to us. The entire Tamaris Online Shop uses the SSL encryption system, which guarantees a high degree of security. You will notice that the address line in your browser shows HTTPS instead of HTTP. We also use MasterCard and VisaCard Verified Secure Codes to provide additional security for your data if you choose to make payment by credit card.
